Tatum successfully closed our difficult real estate transaction by keeping us informed of its status at every step and any updates within the hour. She was even willing to drive to a homeowner association company that was a couple of hours away to get a document only they can provide that a lender needed to approve a loan for the house. She answered her phone immediately when we had questions or called back within 10 minutes. She listened to our concerns and gave great helpful advice.
